Corniola Wines are carefully handcrafted and with minimal intervention throughout the winemaking process. Only the very best grapes are used where they are crushed and vinified using traditional methods. We choose grapes from selected local Victorian vineyards with whom there has been very close co-operation throughout the cultivation process in order to achieve the high quality required. All our wines are made with minimal (Sulphur Dioxide) Preservative 220.
